If there is ever a problem with your order, please contact us by e-mail (eshop@vro.be). Never return unused motors or damaged motors containing unburned propellant or an unburned delay element. It may be illegal for you to ship motors or igniters. Please contact us directly if you have a concern or other issue related to motors or igniters.
• DELIVERY. Stock items are shipped within a week of order processing. Most orders ship within 2 to 4 weeks. Large and/or complex orders may take extra time. I such case you will be notified about the estimated delivery date. When items are out of stock we will make sure we have the products back in stock as soon as possible. In case of stock problems the VRO will notify you. The VRO ships using the Belgian Postal Services. Shipping prices are calculated by the total package weight and following the Belgian Postal Services shipping tables.
• RETURN/CANCELLATION/CHANGE POLICY. Customer may return unwanted and unused Products within thirty (30) days of the Delivery Date. Customer shall pay a fifteen percent (15%) restocking charge on any unwanted Products returned to VRO. No returns will be accepted after the thirty (30) day period has expired. The customer is responsible for the return shipment and shipping costs are at the expense of the customer. A written Return-Material Authorization must be obtained from VRO for return of any Products. VRO may terminate any order if any representations made by Customer to VRO are false or misleading. Changes to orders shall not be binding upon nor be put into effect by VRO unless confirmed in writing by VRO's appropriate representative.
Returns and/or exchanges will not be honored in any case if the original receipt is not presented. All product selections and availability subject to change without notice.
